What You'll Do

As a Line Cook at NICO & VALI, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy high-quality, flavorful meals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensuring food is presented beautifully and served in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings both skill and passion to the table. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- A strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
