We are looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to support a dynamic financial services organization in Southfield, Michigan. This position combines visual design expertise with strategic marketing execution, partnering closely with leadership to produce impactful campaigns, presentations, and event materials. The ideal candidate brings strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a consistent brand presence.
Responsibilities:
• Develop detail-oriented marketing materials such as presentations, print pieces, digital assets, and social media content using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape marketing strategies and translate ideas into effective deliverables.
• Oversee several concurrent marketing projects and marketing operations, setting priorities and driving projects forward to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all external and internal materials reflect established brand standards across both business-to-business and business-to-consumer initiatives.
• Produce marketing work that aligns with the expectations of a regulated financial services environment.
• Provide guidance and support to team members at the start of their careers while contributing to the continued growth of the marketing function.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a related creative marketing role.• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to create high-quality visual materials independently.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence interacting with executives and stakeholders.
• Background developing content for digital, print, and presentation-based marketing initiatives.
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and collaborative approach to work.
• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is preferred.
