Registered Nurse (Critical Care) provides assessment, monitoring, and advanced life-support care for critically ill patients in ICU/CVICU/SICU/Neuro ICU settings, participates in emergency responses, administers medications, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates need an active RN license, ADN or higher, ACLS preferred, and typically 1+ years of critical care experience with competency in advanced equipment/procedures (ECMO, CRRT, ventilators, IABP, etc.). Qualifications:

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to function effectively under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $72,470 to $111,200 /year
