Director of Rehab - Contract Position

Make a significant contribution as an experienced Director of Rehab in a full-time contract in Petoskey, MI, at a skilled nursing facility. You will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and cultivate relationships with colleges of related professions. Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Michigan license in the appropriate discipline required prior to first day.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Prior supervisory or director-level experience overseeing therapy staff preferred.
• Experience developing therapy programs, conducting staff training, and managing clinical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with rehab operations, staffing models, and regulatory compliance in skilled nursing facilities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and therapy billing/documentation processes.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Shift cadence: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
