QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong data entry skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• High attention to detail

Experience with posting rents, accounts receivable, and collections is preferred.

PAY : $18–$22 per hour, based on experience

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNTING AND COLLECTIONS ASSISTANT

This full‑time position follows a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, with your choice of 8 am–4 pm or 9 am–5 pm .

As our Accounting and Collections Assistant, you'll organize and post rent payments from 70 properties across Michigan, ensuring accuracy and smooth financial flow. You'll connect with residents who have delinquent accounts, approaching each conversation with clarity and professionalism to determine payment plans. Throughout the day, you'll also process telephone messages for the corporate office, supporting the team with reliable communication.
