Our Great Lakes-inspired American cuisine has an emphasis on farm-fresh fare from our onsite garden and local and regional farms. As a Chef managed establishment, Artisan Restaurant in Traverse City offers a one-of-a-kind experience that celebrates the theme of craftsmanship and sustainability, combining the casual yet comfortable elegance of a country-chic setting with artful cuisine.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Help guest with their food selection at counter
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a barista
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
