Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, programs, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels.
• Manage hazardous waste, chemical inventory, and industrial hygiene programs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in EHS performance and culture.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related scientific/technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience, with at least 2 years in a management role, specifically within a manufacturing setting.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state/local EHS regulations pertinent to manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs and management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages
• Experience with advanced EHS management software platforms (e.g., Intelex, Cority)
• ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification
