This is a full-time, 1st shift position. We are seeking a reliable, independent, hardworking individual. The ideal candidate possesses integrity, is a team player, problem solver, communicates effectively, thrives in a fast paced environment, and strives to meet or exceed customer expectations.

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Assembling hydraulic cylinders
• Inspection of final assemblies
• Performing hydraulic tests on cylinders
• Installing various hydraulic cylinder components including bushings, bearings, grease zerks, seals etc.
• Cleaning and preparing cylinders for painting
• Painting cylinders
• Packaging and preparing cylinders for shipping
• Maintain accurate within our ERP system (i.e. timekeeping, BOM management, etc...)

General Responsibilities:

• Be willing to help the team in any area needed
• Keep work area clean and tidy
• Follow all safety requirements as trained from safety program.
• Utilize required PPE
• Participate in continuous improvement
• Adhere to all policies laid out in the company handbook

• Mechanical assembly experience in related industry is preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong math and mechanical aptitude preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Growth and solution oriented mindset
• Constant standing, lifting, bending, walking, and working with your hands throughout your entire shift
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy (up to 75lbs) items
• Possess basic computer skills and able to use basic web browser/computer functions
• Proficient using and reading tape measures and other measuring equipment
