Description /Position Summary

Position Location: Flint, Michigan

Primary Responsibilities & Duties:

• Entering and Paying Vendor Invoices
• Manage Communications Account
• Onboarding new employees
• Filing
• HR & Payroll support
• License Tracking and Renewal
• Gathering and Entering Employee Hours as needed
• Booking Hotels
• Preparing Monthly Credit Card Reconciliations
• Weekly Reports to Supervisors
• Additional Support for Billing as needed
• Answer phones

Key Skills and Knowledge:

• Required High school or equivalent
• 3 years of experience preferred.
• Superior oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all levels of management and customers
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power-Point as well as the ability to learn other customized software applications
• Demonstrated ability to respect and adhere to strict deadlines
Able to work well independently, self-directed, internally motivated
