Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, including new product introductions and process improvements.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, including supply chain disruptions, quality issues, and production delays.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, quality, supply chain) to achieve project objectives.
• Establish and maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders regarding project status, changes, and issues.
• Ensure all project deliverables adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes through project implementation.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment (e.g., new product introduction, process improvement, facility expansion)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production lines, and quality control systems
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems relevant to manufacturing operations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Experience managing automation or robotics integration projects.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
