Appliance Delivery and Installation Specialist

We seek several experienced individuals for Appliance Installation specialist roles out of our warehouse location. We specializes in the installation of major appliances, and our trained installers are prepared for any situation regarding delivery, installation, and disposal of existing appliances.

-DRIVERS & HELPERS NEEDED

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and install appliances (Regrigerator, Stove, Dryer, Washer.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the delivery and installation process.
• Manage daily routes and schedules efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in appliance delivery and installation.
• Excellent knowledge of installation procedures for various home furniture pieces.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to use a mobile phone for navigation, communication, and or for delivery application for proof of delivery.
• Availability to work morning shifts (starting 6AM), with finish times dependent on team efficiency (usually by 5 PM, not a guarantee as some days may have more volume).
• Open to working 12-14 stops per day with Sunday to Saturday availability (5 days a week).

Compensation:

• Competitive daily flat rate.
• Direct deposit.
• Pay rate commensurate with experience and role (driver/helper).

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers on assigned routes
- Load and unload delivery vehicles using forklifts or other equipment as necessary
- Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating delivery vehicles

Skills:
- Excellent driving skills with a valid driver's license
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction during deliveries
- Proficiency in route driving and navigating through various locations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physical tasks as needed
