Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for staff.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support office management functions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations within the office.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using computer systems and office software for administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients professionally.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
