Job Title: Banquet Server (Travel Required)
Location: 1355 Judd Ave SW #1020, Wyoming, MI 49509, including travel
Job Type: Part-Time
Compensation : Tipped minimum wage + gratuity
Position Overview
As a full-service catering company, we are seeking energetic and customer-focused Banquet Servers to join our hospitality team, creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional professional food and beverage service at events such as weddings, corporate functions, private parties, and special events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to creating memorable guest experiences, making every occasion special.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, décor, etc.)
- Provide professional food and beverage service to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized service area throughout events
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure seamless service
- Clear tables and assist with post-event cleanup, ensuring all equipment is properly stored
- Follow all food safety and health regulations
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
· +18 required
- Valid driver’s license and car ( REQUIERED )
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays weighing up to 25 lbs
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Travel Requirements
- Regular travel to event venues, which may include local and regional destinations
- Availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays depending on event schedules
- Occasional overnight travel may be required for large or multi-day events
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including outdoor and remote event locations
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company while traveling
