Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Manage, mentor, and develop plant personnel, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
• Control the plant budget and manage financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles across all plant functions.
• Oversee the maintenance and reliability programs for all plant equipment and facilities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, including P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a focus on engagement and performance.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage budgets, optimize resources, and drive operational efficiency.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., industrial IoT, robotics, automation)
• MBA or Master's degree in Engineering Management, Operations, or a related field
• Proficiency in a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for strategic analysis and optimization
