Part-Time Marketing & Sales Director
Remote | Flexible Schedule
Phoenix Accounting is a premier accounting firm specializing in the equine industry and small businesses . We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Marketing & Sales Director to lead our outreach and business development efforts. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a remote, independent work environment and understands (or can quickly learn) the unique needs of equine businesses and entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand brand awareness in the equine and small business sectors.
- Manage and grow client relationships through proactive outreach and consistent communication.
- Oversee sales efforts, from lead generation to closing new client accounts.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for new services, partnerships, and market growth.
- Create marketing campaigns (digital, print, and event-based) tailored to the equine industry and small business community.
- Track and analyze marketing and sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet growth goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (professional services or accounting industry experience a plus).
- Background in the equine industry or small business community preferred, or ability to learn these industries quickly.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Creative, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
