What You’ll Own

• Customer interface for delivery and quality topics within the value stream—clear communication and quick resolution.
• Daily/weekly area meetings that align priorities and sustain improvement momentum.
• Safety and compliance leadership aligned to OSHA and company standards.
• Key metrics: headcount, labor cost, and on-time delivery; turn analysis into action.
• Coaching, mentoring, and timely performance reviews that build capability and engagement.
• Project start-up leadership in the value stream to ensure successful launches.
• Conformance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
• Execution consistent with NN, Inc.’s Operating System.

Leadership & Compliance

Manage, train, direct, and evaluate team members within your assigned area while upholding company policies and applicable laws, including OSHA requirements.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing, operations, or supply chain experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong English communication skills; able to read technical documentation and present to internal and external stakeholders.
• Quantitative capability: statistics, cost analysis, and data interpretation; comfortable using production graphs and reports.
• Analytical problem solver—define problems, collect data, spot defects, and implement practical solutions through metrics.
• Physical requirements: ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 30 lbs; visual acuity for near/far work, color identification, and depth perception (corrective lenses permitted within safety rules).
