Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit for diverse manufacturing roles, including production operators, skilled trades, and engineering.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume and specialized manufacturing positions.
• Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit for factory environments.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for critical manufacturing roles.
• Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and company policies specific to manufacturing operations.
• Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools for efficient candidate management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles common in manufacturing (e.g., engineering, production, maintenance, quality).
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing methodologies.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates in a fast-paced setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with common manufacturing processes or technologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, CNC, automation).
• Established professional network within the manufacturing sector.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades or specific engineering disciplines relevant to manufacturing.
• Proficiency with specific HRIS/ATS platforms common in large manufacturing environments (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish), if applicable to the local workforce.
