CJ’s Catering is a locally owned, family-run business providing fresh, nutritious meals to K–12 charter schools throughout Southeast Michigan. We’re seeking a dedicated Executive Catering Chef to join our growing team and help us deliver high-quality school meals with pride and consistency.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 3:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Non-Negotiable).
• Start Pay: Starting at $20/hour – Salary based on experience and performance.
• Location: Southeast Michigan (multiple school sites).
• Start Date: Immediate openings available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package meals for K–12 charter school students.
• Follow established menus and nutrition guidelines.
• Work alongside our owner/chef to maintain high standards.
• Manage kitchen operations independently over time.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation protocols are followed.
• Maintain organization, efficiency, and consistency in a high-volume setting.

Who We're Looking For:

• Professional culinary experience. (school nutrition a plus!)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to handle early hours.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and leadership potential.
• Must be able to lift 40+ lbs and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Looking for a long-term role with opportunity for growth.
