Compensation: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour
Work Model: Remote – offsite ( EST OR CST)

In this remote contract role, you'll play a key part in supporting a large-scale ERP transformation by driving change management activities, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative, and people-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Change Management Team, Accelerate Program team and deployment groups by collaborating in the identification and documentation of business change impacts including degree of impact, the scope of people impacted, and impacted process.
- Support the Change Management Team, Accelerate Program team and deployment groups in tracking all People/Change impact mitigation actions to closure
- Assist Change Leads to drive and track all Business enablement activities to build a cohesive event calendar
- Lead efforts in inputting and analyzing data from change impacts, stakeholder attributes, and analysis and change activities
- Ensure Deployment Teams and Accelerate Program members have proper access to Stakeholder and Change Impact information, providing clarity and driving alignment
- Support and assist in analyzing organizational change readiness through surveys or focus groups, considering the program timeline and Go/No-Go decisions, in coordination with the Deployment Lead, Change Management Team, and Project Managers
- Support the execution and tracking of the deployment group communication plan in partnership with the overall Accelerate program communication plan to promote stakeholder buy-in
- Review and provide input to the Change Management work plan and provide regular status updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years supporting major change initiatives within an organization
- 3+ years of overall work experience with increasing scope and responsibility
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to establish rapport, build relationships at all organization levels, and influence others
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges
- Versatility and ability to prioritize quickly and manage multiple stakeholder needs
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel
- Experience in business analytics and reporting tools such as MicroSoft BI, Tableau, etc.
- Experience with prior ERP implementations preferred
