Automotive Mechanic – Independent Shop
Location: Fremont, MI
Pay: $30 – $60/hr Flat Rate (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday – No Weekends

We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join a trusted, family-owned repair shop that’s been proudly serving Fremont for over 50 years . This is a high-traffic, well-equipped shop with a strong and loyal customer base—meaning steady work and excellent earning potential.

Whether you're a mid-level tech or a seasoned master technician, there’s a place for you here, with flat rate pay that reflects your experience and performance. You’ll be working on all makes and models in a shop that values quality workmanship and an easygoing, respectful atmosphere.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair a variety of vehicles (domestic and import)

• Perform services from brakes and suspension to engine diagnostics and drivetrain repairs

• Communicate clearly with customers and team members

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Deliver reliable, high-quality work that earns customer trust

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience

• Familiarity with a wide range of makes and models

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment

• ASE certification is a plus (not required)

• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
