Customer Service Representative - Call Center

Are you passionate about helping people and delivering 5-star experiences? Service Professor is looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing Grand Rapids call center team!

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in creating positive experiences answering calls, assisting with scheduling, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer feels valued and cared for.

• 1st Shift: 8:30-5:00pm - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Wednesday & Sunday off)
• 3rd Shift: 9:00pm-7:00am - Monday-Thursday

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 5-Star Service: Be the friendly, professional voice that makes every customer interaction positive and memorable.
• Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls: Manage a high call volume related to scheduling, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Promote Our MVP Loyalty Program: Educate customers on membership benefits and enroll them during calls.
• Resolve Customer Concerns: Use empathy and problem-solving skills to de-escalate and resolve issues quickly.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with dispatch, trade managers, and field technicians to ensure seamless service.
• Navigate Multiple Systems: Update records and schedule services accurately across multiple software platforms.

What It Takes to Succeed

• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center or service industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and reliability
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual skills are a plus!
