**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** **Description:** Coverage for the Oakland Co territory **Hospice RN Case Manager - $15,000 Sign-On Bonus** **Primary Service Area:** Oakland County **Schedule:** Friday-Sunday, 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM **Work 36 hours per week and get paid for 40!** **Position Overview** As a Hospice RN Case Manager, you will provide compassionate, professional nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with physician orders, state regulations, and organizational policies. You will lead the care planning process, manage symptoms, and support patients and families through end-of-life care.
