Dental Hygienist – Warren, MI (Advanced Clinical Experience Preferred)

We’re hiring a Dental Hygienist to join our state-of-the-art practice in Warren, Michigan. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional care in a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment. We’re looking for a knowledgeable, resourceful, and production goal-oriented hygienist with advanced clinical experience who is passionate about progressive care. If you’re confident using laser therapy , placing Arestin , and educating patients with clarity and compassion, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, sealants, and fluoride treatments

• Administer laser therapy and place Arestin as part of periodontal care

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and preventive strategies

• Take high-quality dental radiographs (x-rays)

• Conduct screenings and collaborate with dentists on treatment planning

• Maintain accurate clinical records and support production goals through efficient scheduling and patient flow

• Ensure operatory cleanliness and strict adherence to OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols

✅ Qualifications

• Valid Michigan Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license

• 3+ years of clinical hygiene experience , including advanced periodontal therapy

• Proficiency with laser therapy and Arestin placement

• Excellent communication and patient education skills

• Proficiency in dental software ( Open Dental preferred )

• Organized, reliable, and motivated by both team and individual goals
