L & E Marble and Granite is seeking an experienced Sales Associate with a background in natural and engineered stone countertops to join our team.
Job Description:
The Sales Associate will work directly with homeowners, builders, and designers to assist with countertop selection, pricing, and project coordination. This role requires strong product knowledge, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting natural and engineered stone materials
- Work with homeowners, builders, and designers throughout the sales process
- Prepare quotes and follow up on active projects
- Communicate effectively with production and installation teams
- Provide excellent customer service from initial inquiry through completion
Qualifications:
- Previous experience selling natural and engineered stone countertops (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of countertop fabrication and installation processes is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday (some Saturdays may be required)
