We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executives in Auburn Hills, Michigan. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through effective scheduling, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and have the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Prepare and process expense reports with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate and arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Develop and compile detailed presentation decks for meetings and events.
• Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, ensuring clear communication.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as needed to support executive priorities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and track action items from meetings.
• Organize and maintain files and records for easy access and retrieval.• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements.
• Proven experience in preparing expense reports and managing budgets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
