Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person, providing prompt and accurate information.
- Listen to customers’ needs and concerns, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience with customers at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner, aiming for first-call resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and that they are satisfied with the outcome.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in services, staff, and processes.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and trends.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales techniques and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
