Salary Range: $117,000 - $166,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of manufacturing engineering projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with production goals and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources effectively for engineering activities.
• Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain teams.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) and 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, continuous improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma), and quality systems.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex engineering projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, budget control, and timely delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing effective technical and operational solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Experience with advanced automation and robotics integration
• Familiarity with specific Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP)
