This role provides high-level support to senior managers and site operations, with a focus on scheduling, document preparation, purchase order and expense tracking, and creating polished presentations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership and site operations
- Draft, edit, and manage business correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Organize calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and process expense reports
- Coordinate office needs, manage purchase orders, and handle meeting logistics
- Interact professionally with employees, visitors, customers, and vendors
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed
- 5+ years of experience in senior management administrative support roles
- Computer Savvy specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Professional demeanor with the ability to engage all levels of the organization
- Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams
- Familiarity with financial systems for expense and purchase order tracking
- Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or technical industries
- Knowledge of project management tools is a plus
- Education: Associate or Bachelor"s degree in Business Administration or related field.
