Hope Network is hiring an Assistant Production Coordinator to help lead production. You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while working toward a clear path to a Production Coordinator role.

$17.50/hour | Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Help run day-to-day production operations
- Keep production on track to hit deadlines
- Support, coach, and guide team members on the floor
- Make sure quality and safety standards are met
- Jump in to solve problems and keep things moving
- Manufacturing or production experience (2+ years)
- Some leadership, team lead, or training experience preferred
- Someone reliable who shows up and gets the job done
- A strong communicator who can work with different teams
- A “take initiative” mindset
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience
- 1+ year of leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
