Site manager

Position Summary:

The Site Manager oversees the daily operations of the express car wash to ensure a clean, efficient, and customer-focused experience. This role involves managing staff, maintaining equipment, monitoring site performance, and ensuring adherence to company standards for safety, quality, and service. The Site Manager leads by example and plays a key role in driving profitability and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all daily site operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.

Recruit, train, schedule, and manage team members.

Monitor employee performance and coach team members as needed.

Maintain equipment and coordinate necessary repairs or maintenance.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.

Track and report sales, labor, and chemical usage to upper management.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional site appearance.

Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Manage inventory of chemicals and supplies.

Drive sales and promote membership or loyalty programs.

Qualifications:

Previous management or supervisory experience (car wash, retail, or service industry preferred).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform hands-on site work when needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: Based on experience

Bonus potential: Commission on Sales
