Licensed Esthetician
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our spa team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various esthetic services and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your expertise in the latest beauty trends and techniques will help elevate our clients' experiences. This job is ideal for someone looking for part time hours as it is an appointment only spa.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, brow tinting/lamination and lash tints/lifts as well as lash extensions.
- Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and services.
- Assist with retail sales by upselling products that complement the services provided.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a harmonious work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices through continuous education.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within a salon environment.
- Familiarity with management tasks such as social media management and front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
