We’re looking for an organized, motivated, and experienced Office Receptionist to keep our operations running smoothly.

Position Summary

The Office Receptionist will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, serve as the first point of contact for customers, coordinate job scheduling, and support both the sales and installation teams. This role is essential to maintaining an efficient, customer-focused environment as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally and promptly
• Schedule estimates and coordinate installation jobs with crews and customers
• Create customer files for installations and repairs
• Communicate with city offices and MISS DIG for every installation job
• Process invoices, payments, and basic accounting tasks (e.g. spreadsheets)
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, materials, and job statuses
• Track customer feedback and resolve complaints or issues as needed
• Ensure compliance with city ordinances & MISS DIG utility markings
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and general facility upkeep

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with scheduling and project coordination
• Proven experience in office work, preferably in construction, trades, or service-based industries is a plus
