Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate finishing department personnel.
• Ensure all finished products consistently meet quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor and optimize finishing line operations to achieve production targets and efficiency.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of finishing equipment and machinery.
• Track production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage the inventory of finishing materials and supplies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, coating, assembly).
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and defect identification/resolution.
• Ability to manage production schedules, optimize workflow, and drive efficiency.
• Understanding and commitment to manufacturing safety protocols and continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Certification as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 or similar quality standards.
• Background in advanced finishing techniques such as robotic applications or specialized coatings.
