Your Role: Agent in Training

As an Agent in Training, you will play a vital role in driving our agency’s continued success by:

• Generating new business through prospecting, outreach, and lead conversion

• Advising clients through consultative needs assessments and tailored solutions

• Selling and cross-selling a range of insurance products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

• Building and maintaining trusted client relationships with ongoing support and regular policy reviews

• Consistently exceeding individual sales goals while helping drive agency-wide progress

• Staying current on insurance products and compliance requirements

• Leveraging CRM tools to manage outreach, follow-ups, and policy renewals

• Collaborating in team meetings and strategy discussions, sharing knowledge and best practices

Who We’re Looking For

We seek individuals with a growth mindset who are committed to their development and long-term achievement:

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance industry experience preferred

• Strong communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills

• Confidence with outbound calls and closing sales

• A coachable, goal-oriented attitude and strong learning drive

• Highly organized with excellent time management skills

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
