Welder
Duties:
- Perform MIG welding operations on various metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG welders, torches, and other hand tools
- Fabricate metal parts using press brake machines, cranes, and other equipment
- Conduct machining and rigging tasks as needed
- Solder and perform pipe threading as required
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MIG welding techniques and processes
- Strong knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
- Experience operating press brake machines, cranes, and other fabrication equipment
- Familiarity with soldering and pipe threading techniques
- Knowledge of FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
