#### **The Position Overview**
We are an elite enterprise commercial data-intelligence firm. We are hunting for top-tier, fiercely independent outbound appointment setters to call US-based insurance agencies, Managing General Agents (MGAs), and commercial brokerages.
You will be tasked with reaching out to decision-makers to position our proprietary B2B **Data as a Service (DaaS) Architecture**—specifically designed to optimize their policy acquisition pipelines.
**This is a pure Appointment Setting role.** You are not responsible for explaining the deep technical backend or closing the deal. Your sole directive is to independently research your target list, aggressively bypass gatekeepers, qualify the principal, and lock a calendar meeting for our senior technical lead. We handle the close. We provide the baseline script.
#### **The Compensation & Progression Structure**
We provide an enterprise-grade commission structure built strictly for elite hunters who do not need to be hand-held.
* **Upfront Contract Commission:** **$1,500** paid out immediately upon onboarding the client from a meeting you secured.
* **The Retention Tail:** To maximize your pipeline equity, you will receive a weekly bonus of **$250 per client for 3 months** post-close. (Total payout value per successful close: **$4,500**).
* **Hours:** You must be completely sovereign and capable of independently dialing during standard US Business Hours (EST/CST alignment).
* **Probation Track:** 100% Commission-Only 1099 structure for the initial 90 days. Top-tier performers who consistently build pipelines will unlock permanent base retention tracks and team leadership options.
#### **Requirements**
* **Immaculate, Native-Level English:** Flawless pronunciation and peer-to-peer command of the language. You must sound like an American executive, not a script-reading BPO agent.
* **Absolute Independence:** You do not require micro-management. You know how to pull a list, track down an owner, dial high volume, and maintain your CRM tracking.
* **Outbound B2B Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of high-volume cold outreach targeting corporate decision-makers or financial structures.
