  • Partner with the Corporate FP&A Lead to establish performance measurement frameworks and KPIs for strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and transformation programs, ensuring accountability for expected results.
  • Develop and own enterprise processes for entity-level forecasting, capital planning, cash flow visibility, and balance sheet performance management, including consolidation of enterprise cash flow and balance sheet forecasts and budgets.

  • Lead finance transformation and simplification initiatives to improve planning processes, management reporting, decision support capabilities, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive standardization of financial metrics, governance frameworks, reporting methodologies, and management reporting processes across the organization.
  • Serve as the FP&A lead for financial data governance, partnering with Finance Technology and Accounting to improve reporting capabilities, strengthen data integrity, and ensure effective integration between ERP and OneStream platforms.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and strategic insights that support leadership discussions regarding capital deployment, enterprise performance, transformation progress, and value creation opportunities.
