Salary Range: $73,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Perform internal and external quality audits of processes and products.
• Analyze quality data, trends, and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage non-conforming materials and coordinate disposition activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on new product development and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineer role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, and 8D.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for quality data management.
• Internal or external auditing experience to relevant ISO standards.
