Surface Mount Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30am )

The SMT Production Associate is responsible for creating assemblies using surface mount technology components that are mounted directly onto the surface of printed circuit boards. This position will also be required to strategically optimize machine run time to increase efficiency and productivity

Surface Mount Operator Qualifications:

1-3 years of SMT experience preferred · Experience operating Manncorp machinery. · Capable of monitoring machine performance, modifying and correcting. · Able to read and interpret bills of material. · Knowledge of ISO is a plus · Proficient in current computer software: MS Applications Word, Excel, and an understanding of ERP systems.
