Our Client, a nationally recognized leader in disaster recovery and property restoration, is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Account Manager to grow and manage commercial client partnerships.

Position Overview

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing long-term customer relationships while driving revenue growth across your assigned market.

You will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients

  • Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure exceptional service

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts

  • Generate new business through networking and strategic outreach

  • Represent Our Client at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings

Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Growth
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts for long-term success

  • Develop strong, positive client relationships

  • Act as trusted advisor and primary client contact

  • Identify opportunities to expand services and improve sales performance

Business Development
  • Generate new business using existing networks and new prospecting strategies

  • Follow up on leads and referrals generated through field activity

  • Identify and network with new sales prospects

  • Set and track sales targets aligned with company objectives

Marketing & Brand Representation
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and marketing functions

  • Distribute marketing materials and represent the brand professionally

  • Set up and manage marketing displays when required

  • Host fun marketing events for clients

  • Report quantitative data from marketing efforts to leadership

Collaboration & Customer Satisfaction
  • Work closely with local and national operations teams

  • Ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Identify and resolve client concerns quickly and professionally

  • Promote the overall success of the organization through teamwork

Performance & Reporting
  • Monitor sales metrics, forecasts, and account targets

  • Provide regular updates on account performance and transactions

  • Maintain current knowledge of services, industry trends, and competitors

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven ability to build and grow long-term client relationships

  • Interest in Marketing with a Bachelors Degree, will consider new grads

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Customer-service oriented mindset

  • Experience managing sales accounts and hitting performance targets

  • Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines

  • Comfortable networking in local industry groups and associations

  • Willingness to attend required operational and safety training
