The Draft Sports Bar & Grille is Swartz Creek’s go-to hangout for cold beer, bold burgers, and big plays. We take pride in delivering a fun, fast-paced dining experience built on quality food, community spirit, and unbeatable hospitality. We're currently seeking passionate and dependable Line Cooks to join our growing kitchen team!

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment

• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followed

• Work efficiently under pressure during busy shifts

• Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team for smooth operations

• Assist with prep and other kitchen tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred but not required (we’ll train the right person!)

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Passion for food, quality, and customer satisfaction

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
