We are seeking a skilled Automated Inspection Machine Operator. In this role, you will operate and maintain automated inspection machines to ensure product quality and meet production rates. This is a 1st shift, temp-to-direct position.

Automated Inspection Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $14.07 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm )

Pay structure

• $14.07 to start
• $14.57 at 30 days
• $15.07 at 60 days
• $15.62 at 90 days
• Operate all automated inspection machines and achieve specified production rates.
• Inspect, verify, and audit product quality using equipment and visual methods.
• Perform hand sorting and packing of finished goods as needed.
• Communicate with supervisors, leads, setup personnel, and other operators regarding machine performance and production flow.
• Complete required documentation, including verification records, production reports, barcoding transactions, and hold cards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while following 5S and company safety standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and EOS L10 meetings.
• Ensure all packed product meets customer specifications and all containers are properly labeled.
• Conduct final audits for products not scanned prior to shipment.

Automated Inspection Machine Operator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and use job?specific gauges and measurement tools.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs repetitively and up to 70 lbs occasionally (including stairs).
• Slip resistant safety shoes are required.

• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
