Front Counter Sales Associate

:

Auto-Pro Glass & Tire, a full-service glass, tire, and automotive repair facility, seeks a customer-focused and helpful Counter Sales Associate to join their team in Houghton, Michigan. This is a full-time Monday-Friday position-no weekends!

This position provides exceptional customer service at all times including greeting customers as they enter the business, answering the phone, or contacting electronically. Often times you may be the first or only contact a client has with Auto-Pro Glass & Tire and it has to be first class every time. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive service environment, are excellent at multi-tasking, and are described as someone who gets the job done with a smile on your face, we want you on our team!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

· Highschool diploma or equivalent required.

· Valid driver's license.

· Previous work experience in tire sales and service, parts management, or the automotive service industry desired, however we will train the right individual who expresses a passion for our business and the work that we do.

· A professional manner that instills confidence and trust with our clients, vendors, and staff at all times.

· Enjoys greeting clients and answering phones with exceptional customer service. This position quotes tires, automotive glass and mechanical repairs. Also schedules reservations, collects payment at time of service, handles traditional and online correspondence with accuracy, typing, filing, copying, printing, organizing, and ensures office space is neat, stocked and ready for each day.

· Ability to handle client requests and complaints to satisfaction.

· Proficiency with computers and basic office software required.

· Working knowledge of Quickbooks a bonus.

· Keen eye for detail, organization, and accuracy.

· Impeccable attendance record, an exceptional work ethic, and exemplary time management skills.

· Able to with little to no supervision and are a flexible, adaptable team player.
