Community Growth Associate - Mobile Applications

**About the Role**

Sprout Network is a fast-growing mobile crypto mining app, and we’re looking for motivated Community Growth Associates to help us expand. Your role is straightforward: **drive new downloads and signups for the Sprout**

**Network app using your unique invite code.**

This is **not spamming.** You’ll focus on **organic, natural promotion** within online communities (Discord, Reddit, forums, Telegram, social media comments, etc.) by starting conversations and sharing your experience with Sprout. Example:

_"Hey, has anyone heard of the new crypto mining app Sprout Network that lets you mine crypto from your phone? I just downloaded it and wanted to see if anyone else is using it."_

Every signup under your invite code is tracked automatically in the app — so you don’t need to worry about proving results.

This job is adjacent and work best for someone who has knowledge/experience with cryptocurrency and crypto communities.

## Compensation

Think of this role as a sales position. We offer a base salary for you to offer support and additional compensation based on the results you provide. This is a performance based position and you will earn more as you hit more milestones in your career with Sprout Network. Growth potential is unlimited

* **Base Pay:** $2/hour → 30-40 hours per week ($60-80/week, $240-320/month)
* **Bonus Pay:** $0.20 for every successful signup under your invite code
* **Raises for Milestones:**
* 500 downloads → $2.50/hour
* 1,000 downloads → $3.00/hour
* 2,500 downloads → $4.00/hour
* 5,000 downloads → $5.00/hour
* 2,500 downloads → $7.00/hour
* 7500 downloads → $9.00/hour
* 10000 downloads → $11.00/hour
* **Extra Rewards:** Earn Sprout coins for every active user you bring in

**Payments are made bi-weekly.**

## Schedule

* 40 hours per week (full-time role)
* Flexible hours, but must overlap at least 2–3 hours with **US Eastern Time** for communication

## Requirements

* Age 18+
* Excellent written English (must be able to write naturally in online discussions)
* Familiarity with online communities (Discord, Reddit, Telegram, Twitter/X, forums, etc.)
* Ability to promote without spammy methods that hurt community reputation
* Self-motivated and consistent with outreach
* Able to provide weekly activity updates

## Important Rules

* No spam, bots, or fake accounts
* Must follow each platform’s posting rules
* Must represent Sprout Network professionally in every interaction

## Target

* Focus on **US-based users** (global users also accepted)
