Key Responsibilities

The AD Mortgage 2026 Summer Internship Program is a 10-week, full-time, immersive experience designed for undergraduate students who want real-world exposure to the corporate world. Interns are placed within a business group where they work side-by-side with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and insight into what a full-time career at AD Mortgage looks like.

Location and Schedule

• This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Troy, MI Office.

• Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Skills & Qualifications

We’re looking for motivated undergraduate students who meet the following criteria:

• Expected graduation from an accredited Bachelor’s degree program between December 2026 and December 2027

• Ability to work full-time onsite during the internship period

• Strong interest in learning about the mortgage and/or finance industry

• Self-Starters: You take initiative, stay motivated and push through challenges.

• Eager Learners: You’re curious, adaptable and excited to learn new skills.

• Problem Solvers: You think critically and stay solutions-focused in a fast-moving environment.
