Production Assembler Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 to $23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

Key Responsibilities:*** Operate production line machinery and equipment efficiently.* Perform diligent visual inspection of automotive axle parts to identify and report defects, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards.* Utilize various hand tools for assembly and production tasks.* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation.* Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.*

Production Assembler Qualifications:

**Required Skills & Qualifications:*** At least 6 months of experience in assembly, general labor, or manufacturing roles.* Proficiency hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, ratchets, etc.)* Ability to stand for extended periods, up to an 8-12 hour shift.**Physical Requirements:*** Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for the entire shift.* Ability to frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.* Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting, which may include noise and varying temperatures.
