Assembler
Job Title: Assembler
Location: Kentwood, MI
Pay: $18/hr
Shift: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Position Summary:
The Assembler is responsible for assembling and preparing plastic products and components according to work instructions, quality standards, and production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble plastic products and parts using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
- Inspect components for defects and ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Trim, fit, and secure parts as needed during assembly.
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety and production procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred, but not required.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
- Able to stand, lift, and move up to 50lbs throughout the shift.
