Customer Care Coordinator
-Coordinate with the warehouse to stage jobs and ensure proper documentation is in place.
-Monitor installer submissions, ensuring job completion paperwork and photos are accurate and complete.
-Upload job completion photos and submit all required paperwork for processing.
-Manage thank-you emails and maintain a monthly reporting spreadsheet. Customer Service & Communication: -Address customer inquiries regarding warranties, company policies, and promotions.
-Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media channels.
-Serve as the first point of contact and represent the company professionally. Administrative Support: -Scan, file, and maintain accurate records in the system.
-Provide general information and assistance to customers.
