Customer Support Coordinator (Remote)
Job Summary
LJ Horizons is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator (Remote) to support client interactions and coordination remotely.
This role is well suited for individuals who are organized and detail-focused.
You will support clients by coordinating personalized arrangements and guiding them through each step of the process.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with questions and service-related requests
Coordinate details, timelines, and service updates
Maintain organized client records and documentation
Communicate clearly and consistently with clients
Track progress and follow up as needed
Support a seamless and positive customer experience
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable learning and using new systems
Customer-facing experience preferred
