We are looking for a General Manager to join our growing upscale dining group. The right candidate for this position thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a self-starter, loves food, and has a passion for hospitality! Food quality and restaurant cleanliness are some of the important standards to adhere to.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Projecting a positive attitude & having high energy is extremely important
• Ability to connect with the staff, create a positive fun work environment and get everyone moving in the same direction
• LBW ordering
• Scheduling and coaching staff
• Working high volume shifts
• Utilize guest recovery techniques
• Maintaining a clean work area and adhering to health department standards all food safety protocols
• Cash handling and payment processing
• Create a warm, hospitable work environment for all staff

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Capacity to work in a fast paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

• $100k-$120k
• Competitive Base Salary with a performance-based bonus program offering the opportunity to earn up to 15% of your annual salary.
